Gigi is a highly qualified and experienced Pilates instructor who has been teaching Pilates in major studios throughout Dublin for over five years. She has a wealth of experience teaching a range of individual and group classes including barre, mat and reformer from beginner to intermediate level. Gigi loves to inspire others to have the same enthusiasm and motivation for Pilates that she has. Her classes consist of a balanced well-rounded workout that result increase in energy, improve postured.
